A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER

If you’ve already taken a look around the site, you’ve probably gotten the gist of what we do here. But equally important as our investment philosophy and approach, is sticking with it through the inevitable ups and downs.

I do my very best to teach investors our trading methodology and what to expect of an investment with us — the performance profile, the risks, volatility, etc. This is where I put my energy.

When we are both in alignment on philosophy, risk and performance expectations then we can have a very successful long-term relationship. This work naturally attracts fully committed investors to us and repels those who are not a good fit. Together, we embrace long-term discipline over short-term results.

Another thing…I invest right alongside all of my investors. When you lose, I lose. When we win, we make money together. I am not a rah-rah guy. I like to lead with my actions and I know of no better act than to invest heavily in my own strategy.

Many of our investors have been with us for over ten years. That kind of commitment — staying through the difficult stretches, trusting the process when it’s hard — is what allows us to execute our approach patiently and consistently.
